DAUPHIN COUNTY, PA — The Neighboring Academy at Steelton-Highspire School District, is partnering with Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates to design specialized learning environments for high school students in makerspaces using shipping containers. Through adaptive reuse, the Neighboring Academy will customize shipping containers with industry partners to create new pathways to employment and home ownership.
